Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with CultPick. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, dispatched, and delivered. By placing an order on cultpick.com, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

During sale periods, new product launches, or high-volume days, dispatch may take an extra 1–2 business days.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative or process a refund.


Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier 2–3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on your location and the courier partner.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the Order Status / Track Order page on cultpick.com. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders with no extra COD fee. COD may not be available on certain pin codes or for high-value orders; eligibility is shown at checkout.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather, natural disasters, or strikes
  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Public holidays and regional restrictions

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.


Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin (RTO)

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after all attempts (e.g., unavailable recipient, refused COD, unreachable contact), the order is returned to us. In such cases:

  • For prepaid orders, we'll refund the full order amount once the package is received back.
  • Repeated failed COD deliveries may affect COD eligibility on future orders.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package and record a video while opening it where possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund. Packages lost in transit will be investigated with the courier and replaced or refunded once confirmed.
